Helsingør Pictures!

*** Back on the bus, looking at the beautiful Danish countryside! What a trip!

*** back to the courtyard where different theatre companies perform Hamlet each fall. :D

*** some "candelight" - it was so dark!

*** Scary!

*** A part of the original wall of the casemates - a basement where prisoners were held, and where the Danish army would hide out/work out.

*** A secret door!

*** A view from outside the King's chambers....

*** It's teatime! :)

*** Our adorable tour guide explaining the history of the Danish monarchy.

*** inside the courtyard, looking up!

*** Outside Hamlet's castle on a gorgeous day!

*** Skt. Olai - the hidden cathedral we found!

*** eating our lunch at Cafe Lindhart!

*** My first traditional Danish meal - a little espresso, frikadeller (meatballs with veal and lamb?!?), rugbrød (rye bread), smør (butter), and veggies on salat (lettuce) - so yummy!!!

*** Street musicians! :)

*** such a beautiful day! The main walking street looks like this everywhere!

*** cute houses everywhere, I'm telling ya!

Hope you all enjoyed the pictures! Just as a reminder, I uploaded 3 new posts today.... so make sure you check out each one! Update you soon :)

  1. The colors in Copenhagen in the landscapes and building are brilliant! Did you feel like performing Shakespeare in Hamle's Castle? Mom
